Die 2013 gegründete Architekturkooperative Orekari Estudio (Ioar Cabodevilla, Itxaso Iturrioz, Xabi Urroz) verfolgt die Idee, Projekte zu entwickeln, die mit Architektur, Territorium, Kunst und Kultur verbunden sind – immer unter einem sozialen und nachhaltigen Blickwinkel. Ohne auf konventionelle Bauprojekte zu verzichten, arbeiten Orekari in der Welt der Partizipation, der kollaborativen Kunst und des Bio-Baus. Sie nutzen Architektur als Vehikel für Regeneration, städtischen Wandel und als treibende Kraft für den kulturellen und künstlerischen Wandel.

Founded in 2013, the architectural cooperative Orekari Estudio (Ioar Cabodevilla, Itxaso Iturrioz, Xabi Urroz) pursues the idea of developing projects that are connected to architecture, territory, art and culture – always from a social and sustainable perspective. Without leaving conventional building projects, Orekari works in the world of participation, collaborative art and organic construction. They use architecture as a vehicle for regeneration, urban transformation and as a driving force for cultural and artistic change.
